Day Four....and Thanks!

Today, I am doing so much better. A little pain and a little tired, but mostly stir crazzzzzzzzy! Someone sent me the movie "Flushed Away" and after watching it 3 times, I then watched it in Spanish, that is pretty loco!!!! I hate this soft diet thing, but it is better than last week, at least it is getting to my stomach!

I just wanted to say Thanks to everyone who helped me. Especially to Dr. St. Peter for doing my surgery so good. I hope he keeps fixing lots and lots of kids that need help to get better.

Thanks to all my friends and family and church for visiting my blog, for sending me messages and cards and stuff and thank you for praying for me and thank you God, for listening. Thanks to Missy and Meegan for visiting me in the hospital.

Thanks to Miss Mathis and my class for helping me through everything. Thank you Mrs. Bishop and Mrs. Parrish, too. I can't wait to come back to school and see you all, hopefully very soon!

One more thing, I met a friend name Jessie, who is 12 and started having Achalasia about the same time as me. Today was her surgery at Children's Hospital in Seattle. I pray God takes care of her, too.

Signing Off My Achalasia Surgery Blog..... Love, Sam

G'day Sam! I had my surgery here in Germany a week before you. You have been in my thoughts so much, along with Jessie. It is wonderful to see you getting better! Be patient with the soft food diet; it is GOOD for your body at the moment.

Sending you greetings across the miles

Good morning Sam, We just got your blog this morning and really enjoyed the pictures and reading all about your surgery. We hope you are up and around today and by next week everything will get back to normal for you and Dad and Buckaroo. Buckaroo looks kinda of cute in his lampshade. the three of you must be keeping your Mom and Ben pretty busy. You will have to send them on a vacation when you get better. It is snowing here this morning. the robins have made there yearly arrival and are hoping around in the snow. I know they say robins winter here but we never see them till the first day or two of March and then one morning we wake up and and there are hundreds of them in our yard. I tried to take a picture but they all flew away. Maybe I can get one later. We love you and are thanking God too for hearing all the prayers and helping everything go so well. Hugs and kisses for everyone.

Sam,
I so glad you are doing better and better, you are young and that is a great advanage to healing. You will be much better soon. And your dad will still be gripping about his foot..... cause he is OLD.

Hang in there big guy, I'm thinking of you much and saying my prayers.

Sam-

Glad to know you are doing better! I'm doing pretty good, too. I'm eating a lot better, although the soft diet is really annoying! :P I'll be getting back to school soon. Thanks for the gift! Now that one is one of my favorite bracelets. It means a lot to me. Do you have an email address? I have something for you as well, so I need your home address so I can send it. My email address is jesschen6@yahoo.com, so please email me!
